HIIT (4 times a week):
45 sec sprints, 90 sec walk.
Repeat 4 times.


Distance Cardio (minimum 4 times a week):
6.5km outdoor runs
Other cardio: skipping and step machine

Leg day: 3 times a week
Upper body day: 3 times a week
Core: 6 times a week
